- Safety Deposit Boxes
A Safety Deposit Boxes is provided in each village wardrobe. Our Guest Services Staff will guide you haw to use it.
- Private Pool
Our swimming pool are 1.5m deep. We would appreciate fi you could use the swimming pools between 8 AM and 9 PM. If really you cannot resist to the temptation of having a night swim, please try to not disturb your friendly neighbors. Pool towels are provided in the wood bowl in each living room.
- Room Services
Our room services is open till 11 PM. The room sevices menu is available in the guest folder on the working bench of your bedroom.
- Airport Transfer
De Ubud Villas provides airport transfer. Please book 24 hours in advance in the Guest Services Desk (dial 0).
- Shuttle Bus
Complimentary shuttle bus is provided to Ubud downtown area only. Please be ready at the lobby at least 10 minutes before your requested time departure.
- Laundry
The laundry is done in 12 hours. Please deposit your laundry in the basket and ask our Guest Services Staff for collection. The list of laundry services and price list is provided on top of the laundry basket in each bedroom or bathroom.
- Baby Sitter
De Ubud Villas can arrange for you an exprerienced baby sitter. For booking, please contact our Guest Services Staff 24 hours in advance. a Baby cot is provided upon request.

Complimentary slippers are available in each wardrobe
- Hot water
We use solar water heater, however the hot water capacity don't exeed one hour use
- Mini bar
Our butler will fill you mini bar when the room is made up every day. Complimentary soft drink are available in your mini bar. For other items, a price list is available close to your refrigerator.
- Mineral water
Two complimentary bottles of mineral water are provided daily in your bathroom. A mineral water dispenser is also installed in each villa pantry.
- Iron and board
Iron and iron board are provided on request Please contact our Guest Services Staff for assistance (dial 0)
- Mosquito spray
Mosquito spray is provided in each villa. You also can use the mosquito cooil available in each ceramic mosquito coil bowl.
- DVD and CD player
DVD/CD player and TV are provide in each bedroom. Contact our Guest Services Staff for assistance (dial 0). You will Find a list of CD and DVD available in the guest folder. This Service is free of charge
