Yoga & Meditation Pavilion
The retreat's purpose-built open-air pavilion is equipped with yoga mats, bolsters, straps and other exercise equipment.
Also contains a sound system so that students may listen to ambient music during classes.
Pools
1 main swimming pool and 2 smaller 'cool' pools situated in the luxury villas Amitabha
and Maitreya.
Entertainment Pavilion
Luxuriously furnished communal lounging area equipped with large flat-screen TV, DVD and
CD-stereo system. Also contains a library equipped with 200-plus DVD's, books, magazines
and games for guests to enjoy.
Staff
Staff of 20 includes General Manager, Office Assistant, 4 Chefs, 5 Housekeepers, 1 Guest
Relations Officer, 3 Security Guards and 5 Gardeners.
Spa & Massage
Full range of exotic on-site spa services available through Manori Spa. Sukhavati
Retreat's spa contains 2 massage tables, changing room, shower and hot-water jacuzzi.
Communications
Full office facilities include IDD telephone, fax, high-speed Broadband internet access
and Intercom system. Mobile phones with local sim-cards are also available upon request.
Charges apply to each of these facilities.
Transport
High quality vehicles and English-speaking drivers are available through the office at
very reasonable rates.
Laundry
Full daily laundry and dry-cleaning available at an additional surcharge.
Art Gallery
The “Buddha Fields” art gallery located on the upper level of the property
houses exquisite artworks from countries throughout Southeast Asia (particularly Nepal
and Thailand). *All items are available for sale.
Sports & Activities
Additional recreation facilities include mountain bikes, a badminton court and table
tennis. A range of adventure tours can also be booked through the office, including
white-water rafting, sailing and shopping tours.
