Enliven your taste with Bali Spices:
All room rates include complimentary tea, coffee, juices and bottled water. Breakfast dawns
at any time - there is no programme here. With fresh tropical fruits and juices, eggs any
style, pancakes, jaffles or the local favourite, Black rice pudding. Bali coffee, ginger,
leaf and lemongrass teas soothe your mind and cleanse your body for the day to come.
Lunch is ready when you are and can be taken with you if touring the many sights of
Karangasem - rice or noodles, Chilli and Lime Chicken, BBQ Red Snapper, tempe, salads and
fruits, all dishes changed daily in accordance with our Bali Chef, market seasons and your
taste. Dine with friends in our garden bale with the floating sounds of bamboo gamelan or in
the privacy of your own room and enjoy a feast of Bali spicy sambals, curries, sates, salads
and new taste sensations whilst watching fishermen sail home at sunset.
