PT. Villas Hotel
Company Profile
Jim Elliott - major equity holder in PT. Villas Hotel -
originally developed the concept for the Villas Hotel in 1994. His vision allowed the
concept of total privacy and full service catering, tailored to the individual guest's
needs. A clear separation from a traditional boutique hotel was envisioned. This concept
became a reality in 1996 when The Villas Hotel opened its doors. At that stage it offered
a choice of four individually designed 3-bedroom villas. The Villas Hotel has now expanded
to include nine 3-nedroom villas and seven 1-bedroom villas - and it's still growing. In
October 1999, eight 2-bedroom villas will be added to the accommodation.
 |
The Villas Hotel has achieved
phenomenal success. This is despite the recent economic crisis in Indonesia and the
subsequent downturn in tourism. In fact, The Villas Hotel has not only maintained business
during these times but has also shown substantial growth and increased occupancy rates. It's unique and desireble accommodation option and is managed by a
team of expatriate and Indonesian hospitality professionals. Their staff are all local
people, individually selected for |
| their skill and
dedicated work ethic. It is cohesive team, committed to delivering a consistently high
standard of service excellence. The Villas Hotel is proven product with a solid track
record. |
