Contracts and Agreements

Investors receive three separate agreements - Purchase Agreement, Management Agreement and Lease Agreement.

Purchase Agreement

The purchase Agreement is forwarded to investors om request, prior to any deposit being paid. It includes the following schedule attachments :
- Site location
- Site Plan
- Villa Plan
- Villa Elevations
- Building specifications
- Furnishing package

This agreement names I Wayan Sumartha as the Vendor. As previously mentioned, Wayan is our Indonesian partner and employee.

Management Agreement

This Agreement, which details the villa renting and servicing arrangements, is between the owner and The Villas Hotel. An example of this agreement is forwarded to investors on request and the final agreement is provided on settlement.

Lease Agreement

As with the Purchase Agreement, the Lease Agreement is between the owner and I Wayan Sumarta.
Example of this agreement is provided on request. The final Lease Agreement is given to the investors within six weeks of the Purchase Agreement being signed.
